3. User Submissions

When submitting a store listing, you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not submitting duplicate, fictitious, or misleading listings.
• You will not submit listings for the purpose of spam, manipulation, or competitive harm.
• You grant CardCompass a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the submitted information within the directory.

We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.

4. Claiming a Listing

The store claim feature allows shop owners and authorised representatives to take ownership of their listing. By submitting a claim, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the business listed, or an authorised representative with permission to act on its behalf.
• The contact details and information you provide in the claim process are accurate.
• You will not submit fraudulent claims for stores you do not own or represent.

False claims are a violation of these Terms and may result in the removal of the listing and any associated account data.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on CardCompass — including but not limited to the site design, written copy, data structures, and branding — is the intellectual property of CardCompass and is protected under applicable UK copyright law.

Shop names, logos, trademarks, and other brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners. Their presence in this directory does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by CardCompass.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCompass and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any inaccuracies in store listings, including incorrect addresses, opening hours, or contact details.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information contained in the directory.
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the CardCompass platform.
• Any actions, products, or services of third-party shops listed in the directory.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CardCompass to:
