Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we'll get back to you.
My shop is listed incorrectly. How do I fix it?
Claim your listing using the Claim Your Listing link and you can update your details directly. Alternatively, email us and we'll sort it out.
Can I request that my shop is removed?
Yes. Email us from a business-associated address with the listing URL and we'll remove it promptly.
I found inaccurate information on a listing I don't own.
Email us with the listing URL and what's incorrect. We review all reports and update listings as quickly as we can.
