Our Story
Built for the table,
not the algorithm.
CardCompass exists to give independent UK card shops the visibility they deserve — and make it genuinely easy for collectors and players to find them.
Hey — welcome to CardCompass.
If you’re reading this, you’re probably a lot like me: just looking for a decent place to play, trade, or hang out.
I’m an OG Pokémon collector. I don’t have some wild climate-controlled vault stuffed with PSA 10 Base Set Charizards — my collection is wonderfully average, and honestly, flipping through those binders still brings me more joy than any spreadsheet ever could.
Lately, I’ve completely fallen down the One Piece Card Game rabbit hole. Full disclosure: I’m not exactly topping locals every weekend. But Kuzan has always been my favourite character, so if I can’t always build the best deck, I figured I’d at least build something I love.
OG Collector
Pokémon since the beginning. Still chasing that binder feeling.
One Piece Fan
Kuzan main. Not top-cutting every tournament. Working on it.
Why CardCompass?
Buying booster boxes online is easy. Finding your localcard shop — that’s where the real magic happens.
Events that actually matter
Weekend One Piece locals. Friday Night Magic. Teaching new players how to play. These shops run real community events — and that matters.
A place to belong
It's not just somewhere to buy cards. Local shops are where friendships start, rivalries form, and the hobby actually lives.
Hidden in plain sight
Amazing independent stores get buried on Google or lost in random Facebook groups. They deserve better. Way better.
The loudest possible voice
CardCompass exists to surface these shops and make it genuinely effortless for collectors and players to find them.
Whether you’re hunting for a Manga Rare, getting your favourite card graded, or just trying to figure out how to sequence your Don!! cards without embarrassing yourself at locals — you belong at a local table.
Let’s go find it.
